- Date of birth certificate from the municipal corporation or any other competent authority as per the Government rules.
- Original Transfer Certificate from a school affiliated to the Central Board of secondary education.

Original Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the District Education Officer in respect of students coming from other recognised/un-recognised/private schools.
- Attested photocopy of the certificate of school-based evaluation in respect of students admitted to class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE or from other boards.
- Attested photostat copy of marks statement from the board/school for other classes.
- Original Migration Certificate from Board in respect of the students admitted in classes XI and XII from other boards.
- Two copies of the Passport size Photographs of the students admitted in class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE or from other boards.
- Class IX registration card issued by the CBSE in respect of students admitted in class X.
